The St. Thomas Aquinas High School football program has long been one of the premier programs in the state of Florida and the nation. The Raiders are currently ranked third in the latest high school football rankings in Florida.
In recent years, St. Thomas Aquinas has consistently competed for district and regional championships. The Raiders won back-to-back state championships in 2012 and 2013, and were runner-up in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, the Raiders finished their season with a record of 8-3 and qualified for the FHSAA 6A Regional Finals.
