3# St. Thomas Aquinas (Fort Lauderdale)

The St. Thomas Aquinas High School football program has long been one of the premier programs in the state of Florida and the nation. The Raiders are currently ranked third in the latest high school football rankings in Florida.
In recent years, St. Thomas Aquinas has consistently competed for district and regional championships. The Raiders won back-to-back state championships in 2012 and 2013, and were runner-up in 2014 and 2015. In 2016, the Raiders finished their season with a record of 8-3 and qualified for the FHSAA 6A Regional Finals.
The 2017 season was another successful one for St. Thomas Aquinas, finishing with a 9-2 record and claiming their third district championship in four years. The Raiders also advanced to the FHSAA 6A Regional Semifinals, losing to eventual state champion Lakeland High School.
St. Thomas Aquinas is led by head coach Roger Harriot, who has been at the helm since 2003. He has guided the Raiders to 11 district titles and a runner-up finish at the state championship game four times during his tenure.
The Raiders have a talented roster this year, with several players receiving offers from top college programs. Quarterback Jake Allen is one of the most highly regarded recruits in the state, having recently committed to the University of Miami. 4# Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood)

Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory School in Hollywood, Florida is one of the premier high school football programs in the state. The Lions have consistently been ranked in the top 10 teams in the state by both the Associated Press and USA Today Sports. This year, they are ranked at 4th place overall.
The Chaminade-Madonna football program has consistently put out talented players that have gone on to successful collegiate and professional careers. Most recently, the team produced former NFL quarterback Josh Rosen and running back Sony Michel. The team also boasts two former Heisman Trophy winners in wide receiver Reggie Wayne and defensive end Dwight Freeney.
The Lions have a long tradition of excellence, winning back-to-back Class 3A State Championships in 2014 and 2015. They have also made it to the playoffs in all but two seasons since 2003. The team has earned numerous awards and accolades over the years, including being named by USA Today Sports as one of the “Top Ten Programs in America” for 2014.

5# Lakeland

The Dreadnaughts have a proud tradition of success on the gridiron, with three state titles and numerous playoff appearances. The team is coached by Bill Castle, who has been in charge since 2016. He has led the team to two consecutive playoff appearances, including a trip to the state semifinals in 2019. The Dreadnaughts are off to a strong start in 2020, having won their first two games against district opponents. Led by talented seniors like quarterback Jalen Walker, defensive back Demarjae Murray, and running back Ethan Wilson, Lakeland High School looks primed for another successful season. Osceola High School, located in Kissimmee, Florida, is the tenth highest-ranked high school football team in the state. The Kowboys have put together a solid season so far, with a record of 5-2. They have wins over Liberty (Kissimmee), St. Cloud, Winter Park, Freedom (Orlando), and Vero Beach. Their two losses have been to Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood) and Lakeland.
The Kowboys have had impressive performances from senior quarterback Hunter Long and junior running back Jahmir Johnson this season. Long has thrown for 1,067 yards and 13 touchdowns, while Johnson has rushed for 706 yards and 8 touchdowns. They also have four receivers with at least 200 receiving yards each, led by senior Anthony Rousseau with 427 yards and 5 touchdowns. Defensively, they have been led by juniors Justin Carrasco and Ulysses Paz, who have combined for 80 tackles this season.
With their 5-2 record and balanced offensive attack, Osceola has worked its way up to the tenth spot in the Florida High School Football Rankings.
