President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Ukrainian military had already liberated 1,060 settlements of Ukraine from the invaders.

About this he said during his evening address, Ukrinform reports.

“In total, 1,060 settlements have already been liberated, and the vast majority of them are in need of significant restoration work, demining, and the construction of social facilities. And I thank all our partners who joined the relevant work. In particular, this week an Estonian delegation visited the regions of the Zhytomyr region, which is helping with the restoration. Estonia was the first to select objects for financing within the framework of the Fast Recovery plan,” Zelensky said.

According to him, the Ukrainian authorities are working with diplomats and companies in relation to all other areas that need support and restoration work.

The head of state also said that this week the Armed Forces of Ukraine and intelligence “achieved powerful results” in destroying the logistics of the Russian army, the rear bases of the invaders.
