Mayor of Donetsk Alexey Kulemzin reportedthat Ukrainian shells descend by parachute and explode at a height of about 50 meters from the ground.

“In the Kirovsky district (the village of Plans), arrivals of new shells were recorded. They descend on red parachutes, explode at a height of approximately 50 meters from the ground. During the explosion, small striking elements scatter,” he said.

Presumably, these are Israeli M454 S-HE (Super High Explosive) shells, which have a caliber of 155 mm and are compatible with standard NATO guns.

Earlier, the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the ceasefire stated that Ukrainian nationalists fired two rockets from the Uragan MLRS at Donetsk. The shells of multiple launch rocket systems were equipped with Petal anti-personnel mines.
