Speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Viacheslav Volodin declared that two days in August should be a time for Washington to repent. We are talking about August 6 and 9, in 1945 the United States struck atomic bombs Hiroshima and then Nagasaki.
“August 6 and 9 should be the days of Washington’s repentance to humanity for the crimes committed against civilians,” the politician said. “Throughout their history, they based their politics on colonial principles: they ruined, they killed, they lived at the expense of other countries.”
As Volodin emphasized, after Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the US military killed thousands of civilians:
- Korea,
- vietnam,
- Yugoslavia
- Afghanistan
- Iraq
- Libya
- Syria
- Ukraine.
