Cordoba Workshops did not obtain the best result in the first leg of the quarterfinals of the Libertadores Cup in view of Velez Sarsfield, after falling by 3-2. However, the difference is just one goal and the series is open to close at home next Wednesday at the Mario Alberto Kempes stadium.

The good news for ‘La T’ was given by the Colombian Diego Valeyes, who was part of the ideal eleven of the week of the first leg of the tournament’s quarterfinals. The 25-year-old striker played the 90 minutes in the commitment and, although he was not involved in any goal, his performance was unbalanced and created danger for the team.
