Samsung’s much-anticipated 2022 flagship foldable – the Galaxy Z Fold 4 – may have leaked to unofficial renders just recently, often reliably onleaks based on data from SmartPrix . The Galaxy Z Fold 4 renders the same overall design as its predecessor, the Z Fold 3, with a 6.2-inch cover display and a 7.6-inch folding interior display, but with a newly designed rear camera configuration inspired by this year’s Galaxy. S22 Ultra.

This internal display is said to have an under-display selfie camera again, a feature that disappointed us with last year’s device. This year’s edition has seen an improvement in performance, which is much needed. There are three rear cameras around, just like last year, but SmartPrix doesn’t offer any details on what their glasses might be.

There’s no sign of a built-in slot for the S-Pen Stylus, which will be reported earlier this year by Foldable. The Z-Fold 3S-Pen offered support, but there was no built-in slot for storing it – instead customers had to buy a phone case to hold it. Elek ‘s report further claims that the screen dimensions of the Z Fold 4 will be slightly different from last year, with an inner screen that is a fraction of an inch larger and an external display a fraction smaller than an inch.

There is no official word on when we will see the Z Fold 4 announcement, but SmartPrix reports we may see an announcement in August or September. For reference, last year’s ZFold was launched in early August 3rd.
