Tele2, a Russian mobile operator, offers its customers a new service for calls to the CIS countries, Georgia, South Ossetia and Abkhazia on favorable terms. It allows you to save an average of 10-30 rubles per minute of conversation, depending on the direction.
With the new Near Abroad service, Tele2 subscribers will be able to call Uzbekistan and South Ossetia at a price of 5 rubles per minute, to Kazakhstan and Tajikistan – 10 rubles, to Turkmenistan – 15 rubles, to Abkhazia, Azerbaijan and Georgia – 20 rubles. At the same time, the subscription fee for using the service will be 100 rubles per month.
The service is available on My Tele2 tariffs that are open for connection, as well as users of Premium, Black, Game, Classic, Classic (per second), My Business S, My Business M and My business L. You can activate the new service in the operator’s mobile application or using the commands: *155*588*1# (for individuals) *155*589*1# (for corporate clients).
The company is confident that the new option will be in demand by customers who often call the CIS countries. According to the operator, the most popular destinations in terms of the number of customers calling to these countries and the duration of calls are Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan. Thanks to the new service, Tele2 users will be able to call relatives, friends and partners who are in neighboring countries more often.
